I found Tangkula easy to use overall. The categories were straightforward, pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was quick and painless. It’s not the fanciest site out there, but everything worked the way it should, which I appreciated.

I wasn’t exactly blown away, but for the price, I’m not mad about it. It does the job well enough, and I feel like I got fair value overall.

I reached out because I was trying to sort this out during a busy afternoon, and the reply definitely took longer than I expected. I kept checking my phone in between doing other stuff, which was a little annoying. But once they finally got back to me, they were helpful enough and the issue got handled, so overall it was okay.

I ordered a small cabinet from tangkula.com and expected it to turn into one of those annoying weekend projects. But the parts were actually labeled, the holes lined up, and it didn’t feel like I needed a second person hovering around to hold things in place.
The instructions weren’t fancy or anything, but they made enough sense. I used my own screwdriver and it took me around 45 minutes. Weirdly, I remember one screw had a tiny bit of blue paint or ink on it, but it still fit fine, so no big deal. Also, nothing was missing, which was a nice surprise.
I’d buy from them again just because the assembly didn’t make me mad, which is saying a lot. The cabinet came out sturdy enough and the whole experience was way smoother than I expected...

The design itself is okay, but once I got it, the finish looked a lot cheaper than it did in the photos. I was disappointed and would expect some kind of compensation or partial refund for the difference in quality.

I got this storage bench from Tangkula and, at first glance, it did the job. I mostly cared about whether it looked decent in the room and had enough space inside, and on those points it’s been fine. Putting it together wasn’t too bad either, though a couple of the pieces felt lighter than I expected.
After a few months, I’ve started noticing the small stuff more, like a little chip in the board and one screw that seems to loosen up now and then. It’s not a total disappointment, especially for the price, but if you’re picky about sturdiness, it might bug you a bit
